Kevin leads the firm’s U.S. business, setting strategic direction and overseeing day-to-day execution across its commercial real estate capital markets and Lending platform. His work focuses on delivering clear, reliable capital solutions and building lasting relationships with investors, borrowers, and professional partners. Known for an analytical yet practical approach to every transaction, he emphasizes transparency, responsiveness, and disciplined underwriting.
Before joining CFC, Kevin held a series of senior positions at JPMorgan Chase. Those roles shaped his understanding of credit, operations, and client advisory work and sparked the passion for lending that continues to define his career.
Kevin’s academic background includes the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business and advanced study in Real Estate Finance at NYU’s Stern School of Business. This blend of experience and specialized education informs his ability to evaluate opportunities, manage risk, and structure solutions aligned with client objectives.
He holds applicable securities licenses 6 and 63.
Reuben is a seasoned financial professional with a proven track record of driving strategic investment initiatives and delivering robust returns for his clients. With a career spanning over 15 years+ in the finance industry, Reuben brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the team. Reuben began his career in finance in 2009 by starting his equities / futures investment company. Throughout his career, Reuben has consistently achieved remarkable results. Reuben is known for his disciplined and research-driven approach to investments. With a relentless commitment to excellence, Reuben continues to be a driving force in the financial industry, steering CFC towards success through strategic and insightful investment management.
Carolyn is a Commercial Loan Processor at Cashflow Capital, where she helps business owners and
real estate investors navigate the loan process with clarity and confidence. With several years of
experience supporting commercial financing, she is known for being extremely organized, detail driven, and dedicated to keeping every file accurate and on schedule.
At Cashflow Capital, Carolyn manages documentation, coordinates requirements between clients
and underwriting, and ensures each submission meets compliance standards. Her structured
approach helps streamline complex commercial loan packages and reduces delays, giving
borrowers a smoother experience from application through closing.
Clients and partners appreciate her clear communication and her ability to anticipate what is needed

Mr. Wilson is a Commercial Loan Originator with over 10 years of experience in commercial financing. He helps business owners and real estate investors navigate financing with clarity, professionalism, and reliable guidance. A graduate of the University of Virginia, he also holds a masters and doctorate from Virginia Union University. For more than 30 years, he has served as a seminary professor and has devoted over 45 years to pastoral ministry—values that shape his commitment to integrity and service in every client interaction.
